High Country Supply’s primary goal is customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with the product, we offer a 100% money back guarantee on all stocked items.  Tents and stoves are custom orders and are not returnable.  Items returned within 14 days will be refunded 100% of the purchase price.  High Country Supply is not responsible for the shipping costs. 

When returning items, they must have never been used and in new condition to obtain a full refund.  Please contact us in writing for a Return Authorization before returning any item.

All sales are considered final after 14 days.

Express Warranties.  Express Warranties with respect to the products you are purchasing from High Country Supply are provided to you directly by the manufacturer of these products and are incorporated into your order.

HIGH COUNTRY SUPPLY ITSELF DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY AND/OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH REGARD TO THE GOODS YOU ARE PURCHASING.

Manufacturer’s Warranties.  All items with a manufacturer's warranty are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's warranty. Such items are generally repaired or replaced AT THE MANUFACTURER'S OPTION and may not be returnable. We are always happy to provide you with a copy of the manufacturer's warranty prior to your purchase of such an item. If the item is unused it may be possible to return it for a refund or exchange if you contact us immediately upon receipt and explain the situation. Under no conditions will shipping charges be refundable, and a 10% restocking fee may be charged if significant paperwork, such as warranties, etc., must be reversed.

Shipping charges are not part of the warranty and are not refundable, unless an item was shipped to you in error.
