FLAT RATE SHIPPING - at or below actual cost.

As part of our dedication to Customer Service, to simplify ordering we have instituted flat rate shipping.

Orders over $250 are usually able to receive combined shipping discounts.

Shipping time.  Most items are shipped within 3-4 business days, unless on backorder.

Physical Address.  We ship primarily with UPS or Fed Ex ground, so please provide a physical mailing address.  Occasionally, smaller items are, by request, shipped through the U.S Postal Service.   USPS generally does not provide tracking and any Claims handling is difficult, so we do not generally recommend USPS. except for small orders.

Shipment Notification and Tracking. Available online, by request.   Please allow 5-7 working days before contacting us for tracking etc.  Shipments valued over $100 will have optional insurance available for a nominal sum.
